Tan Puay Hoon – Founder
Puay Hoon is also a Certified Productivity Consultant by SPRING Singapore and Japan Productivity Centre, Certified Practicing Management Consultant by SBACC, and WSQ certified trainer and assessor (ACTA) by Singapore Workforce Development Agency.
She has been working in the retail and F&B industries since 1995. She believes in encouraging changes and making differences with a positive mindset.
Philip Wee – Principal Retail Consultant
Philip entered the retail scene in 1974 and has served in management positions in companies such as Selfridges of London, Mothercare, Robinsons in Singapore and IKEA. He has direct experience in many departments within a retail organisation; from administrative and commercial to management areas. He had the opportunity to receive much of his training in Europe. He enjoys what he does.
Charles Teo – Management Consultant & Program Developer
Charles is a certified trainer, assessor and courseware developer by WSQ Advance Certificates in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE). With more than 30 years of professional experience in the aviation industry and more than 20 years of experience in training and facilitation, He continues to pursue his passion to help others to improve and upgrade spurred him into becoming a certified adult educator.
Teo Yi Min – Nutritionist
Yi Min is currently pursuing her Dietetic Internship and Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences at California State University Long Beach. She also obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition at Oregon State University in USA.
“Let food be thy medicine” – Yi Min’s nutrition counseling philosophy focuses on promoting holistic health and balanced lifestyle with a whole foods approach. She believes in an individualized approach to health and works with clients to see what fits best. She actively participates in nutrition blogging and counseling with other dietitians to promote nutrition, culture and disease prevention among ethnic populations.
